The statistics use the registered informations from the users who have validated their account (promo code or validated payment)
The potential average value generated by day by line is calculated such as :
- Each 60 minutes or more delay gets valued at 3€ compensation
- Each 30 to 59 min or more delayngets valued at1,5€ compensation
- Each 15 to 29 min or more is valued at 0,75€ compensation
These averages may obviously change in regards of the used track
This potential average value is not the amount that you will really get with our application. Indeed, in order to respect the terms of use of the belgian railway, you may only declare one gone and one return and only if you have suffered the delay.
In order to create these statistics, we divide the figure of all the delays of a certain kind by the number of accumulated days of activ subscriptions on all the lines.
